The Salama Floor Lamp immediately brings light and colour into dialogue, and there is clarity and playfulness in its vivacity. Colour elements that make use of basic geometric shapes and their disruption are cut naturally from plexiglass, which as a translucent material offers an imaginative colour palette. Yrjö Kukkapuro’s recognisable design language is completed by the visible role of the screws that serve as fasteners for the components. The minimalist black metal frame seats the decorative lamp firmly in place.

Salama’s postmodern, colourful whole and the rich design language of its reflector inspire with their aesthetics. The Salama Floor Lamp is now in production at Innolux for the first time.
